Description

One of the most crucial components in a cone crusher is the mantle and bowl liner. They work hand in hand to break and crush materials efficiently. The bowl liner/concave is stationary, which is why it's often referred to as the fixed cone. Meanwhile, the mantle is the moving cone since it does the track movement required for crushing. As the cone crusher operates, the mantle approaches and moves away from the bowl liner/concave, allowing materials to be compressed and crushed. Some of the materials will go out through the outlet opening. A U-shaped screw holds the bowl liner/concave on the adjusting ring, which is then tightened by a zinc alloy injection for secure attachment. It is crucial to check the tightness of the bowl liner/concave after 6 to 8 hours of operation, and the U-shaped screw must be tightened again when installing or replacing it.

When the cone crusher is in operation, the eccentric sleeve is driven to rotate by the motor through the transmission device, causing the moving cone(head) to rotate under the eccentric bushing. The crushing cavity is formed when the section of the moving cone(head) comes close to the static cone(bowl), and the material is crushed by the movement of the moving cone(head) and multiple extrusions and impacts against the static cone(bowl). As the moving cone(head) exits the section, the crushed material falls under its own weight and is discharged from the bottom of the cone. To begin the crushing process, the material to be crushed is loaded through the feed port of the cone crusher. This is how the cone crusher operates, through a combination of rotation, impact, and gravity.

To maximize the lifespan of the rolling wall during the crushing process, we carefully select the appropriate materials based on the customer's unique working environment. Our preferred options include Mn13, Mn13Cr2, Mn18, and Mn18Cr2, which have proven to be effective in preventing wear and tear. By utilizing these materials, we can significantly reduce the need for maintenance and replacement, which ultimately saves our customers time and money.

structure and characteristics

The Mantle and Bowl Liner Crusher Parts have been upgraded with new composite materials that offer exceptional durability, boasting a lifespan three times longer than ordinary ones. This means that you can trust these parts to withstand even the toughest wear and tear, ensuring optimal performance for extended periods. So, if you're looking for reliable Crusher Parts that deliver long-lasting results, look no further than our Mantle and Bowl Liner products.

The mantle and bowl liner boast an exceptional degree of wear resistance, making them well-suited for coping with even the most severe industrial and mining situations, where the atmosphere is extremely abrasive with high production intensity. These components are designed in such a way that they can tackle hard and harsh abrasive materials during the crushing process.

One of the advantages of using bowl liner and mantle is their high cost performance, which can significantly reduce the investment cost of castings by over 50%. This cost-saving feature makes them a cost-effective choice for casting applications. By incorporating bowl liner and mantle into the casting process, the overall expenses can be significantly reduced, providing a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality. Investing in these components not only saves money but also ensures high performance and durability, making them a worthwhile investment for any casting project.

The versatility of composite rolling walls is impressive, as they can be applied in various settings. With its ability to withstand the crushing force of materials such as iron ore, non-ferrous metals, granite, quartzite, and pebbles, the new composite rolling wall and broken wall have become a go-to solution for many industries.
